Entrepreneur 411 Webinar: Illinois' Secure Choice Savings Program Act

Join us on Tuesday, March 21 at 4:30pm for an Entrepreneur 411 Webinar discussing the Illinois' Secure Choice Savings Program Act.  This is the new state mandate requiring employers with 5 or more employees to either offer a qualifying employee-sponsored retirement program for their employees or enroll them and administer the Illinois Secure Choice program.

We will discuss:
- The heavy fines for non-compliance
- The pros and cons of Illinois Secure Choice, including administration
- The pros and cons of sponsoring a corporate retirement program

This law is currently being enforced for those having 16 employees or more, and will begin to be enforced for those having 5 or more employees on November 1st.
