DESCRIPTION:Join us on Tuesday\, March 21 at 4:30pm for an Entrepreneur 411 Webinar discussing the Illinois' Secure Choice Savings Program Act.  This is the new state mandate requiring employers with 5 or more employees to either offer a qualifying employee-sponsored retirement program for their employees or enroll them and administer the Illinois Secure Choice program.\n\n\n\nWe will discuss:\n\n- The heavy fines for non-compliance\n\n- The pros and cons of Illinois Secure Choice\, including administration\n\n- The pros and cons of sponsoring a corporate retirement program\n\n\n\nThis law is currently being enforced for those having 16 employees or more\, and will begin to be enforced for those having 5 or more employees on November 1st.\n\n\n\nWe will be hearing from David Condon from Edward Jones and David Hiss from John Hancock.
