Do you know an informal caregiver who is assisting family or friends? Caregiving can be challenging and the COVID-19 pandemic and need for social distancing has likely added more stress and complication to the role.

PLOWS Council on Aging is taking its monthly support group online so you can talk with others in similar situations, share tips and learn about new resources. It's free, safe and easy to join our virtual group from the comfort of your own home.
