We are a Mother & Daughter business on a mission to bring commUnity together in a welcoming, loving & healing environment to raise the collective consciousness and provide a space where community can connect with themselves and one another on a deeper and more meaningful level. We do so by providing the physical and spiritual teachings of Yoga, meditation, breathing, community events, retreats, trainings and self development courses.
